Toyota South Africa has approached Talent Brand to propose a solution to educate employees on Covid related communication that is fresh and impactful, engages, motivates and inspires employees whilst reinforcing the desired behaviour. A key intent is to demonstrate how deeply invested Toyota is in the overall well-being of its employees. The interactive component will assist Toyota to gauge the overall mental and emotional wellbeing of its employees, and therefore able to provide further remedies and actions to their employees proactively.

The idea was to create a series of videos called: “A Day in the life of Sipho".
